says : The District Boundaries of India, Scraped from ECI's Poling Station Locations <http://psleci.nic.in/> Website. Wouldn’t the ECI website have the latest data on Districts? Since the Districts boundaries are scraped from ECI's website wouldn’t we have the latest Districts boundaries ? Where do I misunderstand ?
