Created this attached google kmz file from the article and dam network 
diagram by James Wilson

The google file is for reference, not accurate or verified. Please download 
and open it in Google Earth. Click the tour to see all dams and network 
sequentially. The physical link between Kallar and Erratiyar to Iduki is 
not clear due to dense forest and hence not connected. Will be glad if all 
the locations are verified and links located correctly.
