Hello Sreerama,

In case you don't get the shapefile but you do have PDFs etc, you can
digitise to create your own shapefile. *See this guide
<http://datameet.org/2016/08/12/guide-on-digitizing-static-maps/>*.

In fact most shapefiles that we see out in the open have been made this way
rather than through gps-device-tracing.
