Dear all, Greetings, I am a researcher in Open Data based in London. I am trying to understand its usage within specialist and non-specialist audience in delivering public service applications - such as the admirable project you're trying to design here with Kerela rescue. Would you be happy to allow this project and its development to be observed from the outside and subsequently feature as a case study in the Open data research?
My objective is to design a user based metric to measure the "openness" and usage of open government data for both specialist and non-specialist audience in India. I look forward to hearing from you.
