Hi, I have few queries on the available datasets
1. you have stated that NOAA nightlight data available across the globe at 1m resolution. is it freely available for the general researcher? 2. As per my knowledge images using nighttime data from the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS). Do they have 1m resolution?
