Naveen — looks like there is no need to scrape. They seem to provide an open WFS service through which you should be able to directly access the data... you can load http://ksdi.kerala.gov.in/erdas-apollo/vector/Health_Institutions?service=WFS&request=GetCapabilities as a WFS layer in QGIS to get to the hospital data. You may have to tweak the maximum features loaded. Once loaded, you can save it locally as .shp, .geojson, or .kml. If you search in the search box at the top of the page, you'll be able to find a similar link for the road network. Hope this is some help. — M
