The *SOTM Asia* program is scheduled to be held at IIM-B on 17-18 Nov 2018 ( link <http://stateofthemap.asia/>).
But the page does not provide a registration link. Is it an "open to all" program, or are there any fees to be paid? My interest in attending is twofold: 1. To catch up with fellow OSM mappers (see my heat map <http://yosmhm.neis-one.org/?Nagesh_Blr>), and 2.
