Constituency boundaries are shown differently in multiple sources. The 
Datameet dataset is good for Rural constituencies, but not accurate in case 
of Urban areas. 
I had inquired for those datasets to MapMyIndia but the cost they quoted 
was exorbitant. and accuracy was not too good either. Maharashtra 
boundaries are shown here in MSRAC portal(Choose "Electoral" in base layer 
and zoom in)

If someone is successful in extracting the shapefiles from this, Please let
