Hi, There is no complete database of RTIs applied all across India as it's scattered across different departments in Centre and State governments.
As Srinivas mentioned there are lots of departments especially under Central government which put responses online. Some state government departments also put in online. If you want we can compile this list and share with you. We have been running OnlineRTI.com since 2014 and have received RTIs all across India. We have filed more than 2 lakh RTIs. However many RTIs are of personal nature like delayed IT refund, Marksheet verification, etc which contain personal details. If you can elaborate on what you plan to do then we can do something to share RTIs without personal details.
