Hello, Is the *8 digit ITC(HS) classification (2017)* available in a csv format?
The DGFT <https://dgft.gov.in/policies/itchs-2017>has it in pdf format for 2017 spread over multiple files. The data.gov site only has the 2012 version <https://data.gov.in/catalog/import-export-classification-itc-hs-code-and-import-policy?filters%5Bfield_catalog_reference%5D=88548&format=json&offset=0&limit=6&sort%5Bcreated%5D=desc> . I understand that changes are made at country level to the 6 digit version example <https://www.thediamondloupe.com/rough-market/2019-07-15/india-introduces-new-hs-codes-synthetic-rough-diamonds> .
