Hello, I am looking for any data on how people in state assemblies voted on specific bills or laws. I have found that roll call voting does not happen in India and that there might not be data on how specific members of the legislative assemblies voted. However, are you aware of any potential proxy at the member level? For instance, perhaps text analysis of transcripts of the assembly discussions. Or do you know if there are such transcripts themselves for me to scrape/analyze?
Additionally, I know there is pretty good data on affidavits of candidates to parliament but is there such data on candidates to the state assemblies as well?
