Hi Eduardo, I'm a bit doubtful that techniques which work in presidential political systems like the USA will work well in a parliamentary democracy like India. Party discipline in parliamentary systems tends to be so overwhelming that instances of individual parliamentarians 'crossing the floor' to vote with the 'other side' are rare. Since they *are* rare, they tend to get reported in the newspapers. So one strategy might be to search for such examples in the papers. best wishes, Peter
