I *think* you can find them at: https://ecourts.gov.in/ecourts_home/
I've only used these records to look at individual district court criminal 
cases which were decided by a single judge. In Madhya Pradesh the 
judgements are usually in Hindi. The interface doesn't readily lend itself 
to data scraping. And not all cases record the full text of the actual 
judgement, as opposed to just the verdict itself.
