Either in frontend (written in next.js and typescript), or backend - Scraping reliable and verified sites. We are thinking of ways of helping rural population and people who dont have access to smartphones. One idea is to have a SMS based FAQbot, which will reply to queries sent by SMS. Creating whatsapp bot is tough as you need to have Whatsapp business API, and they dont provide it for small upstarts.
