TCPD just came out with their Urban Local Bodies Dataset (documentation here <https://github.com/tcpd/Urban_Local_Body/blob/main/tcpd_casi_ulb_codebook_v1.0.pdf>) and have info on state/central elections updated regularly here <https://tcpd.ashoka.edu.in/lok-dhaba/>.
I'd write to them, they'd either have it or point you to the right government websites to download it from.
