Initially, I thought along similar lines. However, I am getting errors in this case. I followed the following steps. 1. Downloaded shape files of districts. 2. Given ids to districts similar to the coordinates file. 3. Perfectly created a district-level map. 4. Matched coordinates file's id with NSS regions. 5. Created a map, but many areas are missing in this case. It would be great to hear more from you in this regard.
