A general word of caution about sub districts level boundaries: it's hard to find even an error free list of subdistricts today, let alone shapes. Doing this for 2011 would definitely be a lot more art than science.
>From my knowledge the best reference for subdistricts for 2011 would be the respective district census handbook https://censusindia.gov.in/census.website/data/handbooks Not sure if there are any shapefiles that match the handbook maps.
