Definitely not to me, because as I stated, it has been downloaded from different github repos!
I think it should be attributed to both the ECI and the researchers who have built the data sets (whose details should be available on their github repos) using ECI data. I know for sure that Susewind has a proper citation because her data set was built for a research paper. Thanks and regards.
