Hello, I am a PhD candidate looking for high resolution DEM layers (10 m resolution) for Lahaul-Spiti district of Himachal. I already have 30m resolution.
I recently read that ArcGIS is providing Sentinel-2 Land Cover with 10m resolution and some ground truthing (available from 2017 to 2023) , and that it is free, open source and downloadable (for ArcGIS users).
