Hi All, I have made a tool out of the technique we found to retrieve vector data from WMS endpoints( like ISRO's Bhuvan ). I think this along with pyesridump completes the toolset needed to get geospatial vector data out of most Indian Government servers.
The tool is available at pypi as wmsdump <https://pypi.org/project/wmsdump/> . Easiest way to use it is to install uv <https://docs.astral.sh/uv/getting-started/installation/> and use the "wms-extractor" tool as "uvx --from wmsdump wms-extractor <args>".
