Hello all, The BBMP (municipal corporation of Bengaluru) has an online portal for citizens to report grievances. The current version of the portal (Sahaaya 2.0) has been live since 2020. I have consolidated the grievances filed on the portal in a dataset that can be found here: https://github.com/Vonter/bbmp-citizen-grievances
The dataset includes close to 7.5 lakh grievances filed since 2020, and each grievance includes details such as Grievance Category, Grievance Date, Ward and Grievance Status.
