Hi folks, I see in this <https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/3f6ihx9skp0tyyf3yczno/AAvYjnl4-hwmQvsPOG6n9rE?dl=0&e=1&preview=Jassal+2020+-+Gender%2C+Law+Enforcement%2C+and+Access+to+Justice-+Evidence+from+All-Women+Police+Stations+in+India.pdf&rlkey=utqjez4gdy7fqvvzh1f52pf8a> paper, the author uses FIR data from the CCTNS system. They say they scraped it online. I can't really figure out how to do this - have rules about how FIRs can be accessed changed? What links should I go to? The main CCTNS site? Or state specific CCTNS sites? I would really appreciate if someone could help with this.
