Is this categorisation authoritative? i.e. Is some centralised agency responsible for this bucketing?
As far as I am aware, this is a marketing term, with no legal authority behind it. I have seen several lists, used by various organisations such as CIBIL, Banks, Real estate firms, and they never seem to match.
