I am searching for the latest municipal wards (Prabhag) boundary for Greater Mumbai city. There are a total of 227 wards. I could find 56 ward boundaries from Mumbai city district uploaded by Arun Ganesh from Datameet here <https://github.com/datameet/Municipal_Spatial_Data/tree/master/Mumbai>, but not for Mumbai suburban district. I can see layered PDF uploaded by MCGM here <DESCRIPTION OF ADMIN AND ELECTROL WARD BOUNDARY.pdf <https://electiondata.mcgm.gov.in/MCGM_GENERAL_ELECTION_2017_WARD_BOUNDARY_MAP_INFORMATION/DESCRIPTION%20OF%20ADMIN%20AND%20ELECTROL%20WARD%20BOUNDARY.pdf>> and tried to georeference it, but still it is not matching perfectly after multiple rounds of scaling and rotation. If anyone has access to an official shapefile from MCGM or authoritative source and could share it as it would be of great help.
