The website comes a close second to IRCTC in ease of registration and password setting( had to resort to looking at the regex in the source for password validation ).
Anyway.. once logged in the wms url is https://ugi.pmgatishakti.gov.in/ugi-public-api-3/gis/wms99 . unfortunately not easily scrapable( not impossible ). Needs a bearer token, and in a first the payload to the wms endpoint is encrypted. Most of the layers there can be seen on other government websites.. still some interesting layers around. NCOG and their levels of paranoia are unparalleled.
