the search.cgi takes the design from the file in etc/search.htm in the search.htm you must define the dbadress and u can customize the look and feel from the search or result page. if you edit the file you should take care that you do not delet any preserve tag in the file. the dbadress in search.htm must look like the dbadress in indexer.conf ! after a fresh install there is a search.htm-dist, so if you want that your search.cgi works, you must copy search.htm-dist into search.htm and edit the dbadress in search.htm so that it looks like in indexer.conf ! whitch mode do you use? single,multi,cache? it's defined in dbadress at the end of the line with example for cache mode "?dbmode=cache" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Read the full topic here: http://www.dataparksearch.org/cgi-bin/simpleforum.cgi?fid=01;topic_id=1126178405
