i've the right meta-variables. Special chars without proper encoding come from the website that i need to index via dataparksearch. I had a quick look to urlinfo and sometimes Charset attribute is set at US-ASCII instead of ISO-8859-1. When the Charset is wrong then i get some wrong chars in the output. Content-Language is also set randomly at Content-Language mi or Content-Language ca or Content-Language sq or whatever.
