If a document have META Robots NOARCHIVE, such document will not be stored and no highliting will be made therefore. If you have different values for IndexDocSizeLimit in indexer.conf and search.htm (or searchd.conf), that may cause broken highlithing. If you have no IndexDocSizeLimit in both, that ok, since default value of 0 (unlimited) will be used in both.
