You need to add one or more Realm or Server command into your indexer.conf file. For example: Realm . will allow indexing of any URL, thus you'll be able to index all the Internet. But using MaxHops command you may limit the depth of indexing in hops, i.e. "mouse clicks" from URLs entered using -f switch: MaxHops 2 Realm .
