Hi All,
First of all: great tool!!!! thanks a lot for that!
I am having the same problems... running on one server dpsearch 4.38. I have 
added "DoStore yes" to the searchd.conf and removed the &stored= part from 
DBAddr. I am running on FreeBSD 5.2. It is faster with this setting, but most 
of the time the cache option isn't shown.
