Well I think about 150.000+ servers organized into one huge cluster and team of 500+ super-smart programmers :)) The main key is to create huge index, and figure out which page is relevant and which one is spam. I think this software is not even near of first version of Google. I did not say datapark search is bad, but remember, Google has started with 100.000 USD capital to put their demo live :) These guys are doing a great job and for free!
