Subject: Re: Advised Settings for 26 Million+ Documents
I am able to call an indexer from localhost and everything works fine.
"Localhost" being the main server where the pgsql server lives and the cached
server lives. However, when I call an indexer from a node (another machine) it
refuses to index. What am I doing wrong?
Run from an indexer node:
-bash-3.00$ /usr/local/bwmsearch/sbin/indexer -n 100
indexer[9205]: {00} indexer from dpsearch-4.43-pqsql started with
'/usr/local/bwmsearch/etc/indexer.conf'
indexer[9205]: {01} Done (5 seconds, 0 documents, 0 bytes, 0.00 Kbytes/sec.)
indexer[9205]: {00} Total 5 seconds, 0 documents, 0 bytes, 0.00 Kbytes/sec,
0.00 sec/doc, 0 bytes/doc.
-bash-3.00$ /usr/local/bwmsearch/sbin/indexer -S
Database statistics
Status Expired Total
-----------------------------
0 0 11107 Not indexed yet
200 0 170 OK
302 0 17 Moved Temporarily
2200 0 13 Clones, OK

Total 0 11307
What *is* in the index is from the localhost index.
