1- search-template is in dpsearch's directory under etc
2 - cgi-bin is the Apache's cgi-bin under www or public_html or whatever have
been set in apache config
3- handlers goes to apache config any were except inside tags like
<directory></directory> or <location></location> or other..... suggest to put
this handlers in same place that apache have the allready the html or shtml
Handlers ... restart apache to take effect
4- symbolic-links first must be config in apache's configuration at cgi-bin
directory tag also multiviews. ... restart apache to take effect

i'll continue later ... dont have any more time at this moment
