When you run cat_ed, you see two input fields at the top: "New category" and "New symlink" with two button "Insert" at the right. Let suppose you have entered four categories which by default have values for "path" equal to 01, 02, 03 and 04. Enter into category 04 by cicking on appropriate category name in the table. Then enter a new link name into "New sysmlink" field and hit corresponding "Insert" button, the new category appear in the table. Then enter "01" into "Link path" filed and hit "OK" button next to the field. You have created 04@@->01 symlink now.
