If you don't have any of WrdFiles, URLDataFiles and StoredFiles commands in your config, they take values by default. It sems you haven't indexed anything yet after switching to dbmode cache. When you switch dbmode for DataparkSearch, you have to reindex all database. If you run all under root, these rights are OK.
