I have a small problem, it seems that unless I start my indexer manualy everytime I get into trouble. I have tried to use a cron job, but it messes the server to a halt. What I do know is I start su biblers | /usr/local/dpsearch/sbin/indexer -U When I come back to this machine an hour later it usually stopped, which I find difficult to belief as I set it to index the whole web, So far I have indexed 6,549,902 urls and cross index 50,565,686 links 10,527,255 I think if my indexer would simply run 24/7 these numbers would be A LOT and I mean A LOT higher..! Please tell me how to run this indexer all the time without fail.. it is installed on a dedicated server!
