My office has about 40 computers that use
DataPerfect. Two have problems which I hope you can help me solve. On one of the computers, when we open a
particular database in full screen mode, or in window mode and switching to
full screen, the screen only occupies the top portion of the screen. I have
attached a screen shot, although I do not know if this list allows attachments.
This just started happening recently. On the other, the mouse will not work in
DataPerfect. On both machines, I have reinstalled our
standard configuration without resolving the issue. As a side note, I have been lurking for
some time, and have been very impressed with the wealth of knowledge shared on
this forum. My past boss, who has since been promoted
out of this office, is very knowledgeable in DataPerfect. I have inherited his
databases and am trying to keep up with problems and changes. Your postings
