Software Carousel is not a multitasker like DESQview. Before switching to OS/2 (and later to Linux), I relied heavily on DV and QEMM in my office, on top of MSDOS 6. On the HP 200LX, I relied heavily on Software Carousel, never using WP Shell on that device. But I also rarely used DP on that device, and only used it without Shell there. I don't think I ever needed TREMM on the 200LX, so I don't think I ever installed it. Colin - how about showing us your config.sys? I'd make sure your files setting is 100 and go from there. _______________________________________________ Dataperf mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dataperfect.nl/mailman/listinfo/dataperf
