  Robert,

Assuming you already know how to send a DP report through DPSpool...

  1) Save the scanned image as a graphic file (such as letterhead.bmp).

  2) When you get in your DP report to where you want the graphic printed,
include something like the following printer control code:

  <250>letterhead.bmp;-1;-1;0;0<250>

This code prints your graphic starting at the current cursor position and
using the graphic's native size. The format for the code is
<250>filename;X;Y;width;height<250> so you can put it at a specific X/Y
starting point and control the width/height if needed.

How do I get a scanned image of my letterhead to print in the header of a DP
  report using DP spool?
