Ralph,
I hope I did not not offend you. I was not criticising what you written
in your book, it was a comment on my (very) limited technical
understanding.
The $60 I spent on it has been the most "productive" computer book spend
- it is certainly the one computer book I bought which I still
constantly refer to.
