Hi Charlie,
The quick and dirty way is in the search conditions option [4] for
your report. Create a formula to test for category E, and then you
are queried to include or exclude those records.

Hi Everybody,
I'm sure the answer to this question is simple, but I'm just not
sure how to go about it.
My customer database has the name and address on the main
panel. One of the child panels has a list of mailing mailing list
categories each customer is assigned to. For the purpose of this
question, I'll call those mailing list categories, A, B, C, and so on.
I have a report, using stop/skip within a subreport to select
customers if they belong to any of a number of mailing list
categores, and it works well. But what if I want to exclude someone
if they belong a certain category, even through the other categories
would warrent inculsion?
In other words, I want to include customers in categories, A, B, C,
D, F, and G. But if they are also in category E, I want them
excluded from this mailing.
Tips are appreciated!
Thanks.
