Hello Don, maybe a stupid question, if I follow your idea how do I get the records selected without going to the set-up screen? Should I be using "if then else" statements? The most straight-forward thing to do is to literally enter the range values in the RV when creating the report. If you run it frequently and they are always changing then you can prompt for the range values in the report and enter them each time you run the report. Generally you prompt for the range in the first page header and print them anytime after that in the report.
