G'day Charles, One issue would possibly be the traversing of Panel Links with the F5 key... In 2.3c is gave you access to all records in the target/child panel link and not just the ones related to the displayed record.
I can't think of anything else, except to say that I am surprised you hadn't upgraded long before now.... and why wouldn't you move up to the lastest version 2.6x, which give you an alternate means of importing records with web potential, as well as a few other nice things.
