I've found the post office is often wrong.  Not about address changes, but about undeliverable.  A customer ordered from me in the middle of November, and I shipped the order to her.  But a letter I sent three weeks later came back as undeliverable --- same address.  She hadn't moved.

A number of years ago, I found the USPS to be unreliable with regards to undeliverables.  I need to start tracking now to see if they've improved.  I hate to lose touch with a customer unnecessarily.

Charles - I guess I'm curious as to why you'd want to get mail back twice to prove the point. Wouldn't a single return tell you not to mail to that address again?

Hi Everybody,

Does anybody here have experience with mailing list management?  Specifically, I want to track returns, so after two returns, the name is flagged off the mailing list.  I also want the date the name was flagged off recorded.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
