I think this project started originally in early 90's and has seen some lengthy 
interruptions.  Mind you, given the lack of financial support, any efforts are 
just incredible, but I don't think you want to wait to do development.

Great news about DP for Windows. I was just dusting off my copy of DP to begin 
setting up a new database, which raises a question. Should I wait until the 
windows version is available, or will there be a conversion capability in the 
windows program, to convert DOS structure, panels, links etc. to the windows 
version?

Ralph, thanks for the update.  This is truly an exciting
piece of news.  I've tried Access, Alpha 5, FileMaker
and Clarion but keep returning to DataPerfect because
it's just better.
