Hi Brian,
I tried to follow your guidelines. I found an immediate problem,
which the W3C tutorial solved.
The header should be: <?xml version="1.0"?>
Other than that, everything worked fine. So I will keep digging into
this. Thanks so much for your ground-breaking efforts.
