Hi Robert, I can't reproduce this problem. My test was:
----FIRST PAGE HEADER--- Prompt For Variable in RV1 SomeText [EliminateIFBlank] Rv1:A50 =================== ----OTHER PAGE HEADER--- SomeText [EliminateIFBlank] Rv1:A50 =================== In both cases the line is eliminated if I do not have a zero length string in RV1 so I get this SomeText Brian =================== or SomeText =================== in both the First Page and Other Page Header Regards Brian ----- Original Message ----- From: Robert Kendall To: Dataperfect Users Discussion Group Sent: Thursday, May 29, 2008 5:00 AM Subject: [Dataperf] Problem with "Eliminate if blank" in other page header I am trying to eliminate a line of information from the other page header if the a report variable is null. The function works fine in the first page header. I even tried setting the report variable to null in each other page header but it still won't work for me. Any suggestions? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Dataperf mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dataperfect.nl/mailman/listinfo/dataperf
