Hi Bruce! I have the same setup. Have you tried using the DOSBox Keymapper? For me, the biggest issue was Ctl-F5. In DP it brings up the Import menu, while in DOSBox it takes a screen snapshot.
You can also modify or disable the Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts: On OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger) click thru System Preferences>>Keyboard & Mouse>>Keyboard Shortcuts. Joe.
