Victor,

I start DP from a Icon on the desktop that runs a .bat batch file.

The command line in the file is:

dpmouse prs12 / r:\dataperf\towdata\towpro /d=r:\dataperf\towdata\ /l /z=40

Where Z is the the menu. From there they can press whichever menu item
you wish (go to a panel, print a report, etc. using the keypad or mouse)
Somewhere along the line I even received a DP icon image so the Icon on
the Desktop is easily seen and labeled. DPMouse is located in the same
directory as DP exe.

You can even direct the temp files to the local machine by changing the
/d command to: /d=c:\temp\ this helps keep the network traffic down and
can speed up searches.

I am not sure what "menu" you want to run DP from.

Hope this helps.

Hal
