Charlie - I'll look for it later this evening when I get home. I don't always read Esquire on a timely basis. Or the New Yorker for that matter. Hell, even our daily NYT is impossible. I once suscribed to The Economist but canceled it when I found that I basically had to give up work in order to finish one issue before the next one came.
